The multi-award winning Airlie Beach Hotel operates three of the most successful restaurants and one of the best 4-star hotels in Airlie Beach.

We have a team of 150 staff and are committed to enhancing the skills of our valued employees. We are genuine in our commitment to customer service and are one of few local companies large enough to further staff development and encourage internal promotions.

Staff are paid above award wages and one of the highest food and beverage rates locally. Hard work and the right attitude are rewarded through Employee of the Month accolades and regular random prizes. Our Employee of the Year receives a well-earned mini-break to one of the islands with all expenses paid, plus a trophy for keepsakes.
